We have completed the selections for the upcoming 2011-2012 Cary Crush Girl’s Fastpitch Softball travel program. As our community has grown, so has our girl’s involvement in fastpitch softball. To support this growth, increased corporate and community support is requested. Your tax-deductible participation would be very much appreciated and welcomed by the Cary Crush athletes.
The Cary Crush, now in its 6th year is part of the Cary Youth Baseball organization, Cary Baseball Federation. Our mission is to develop Cary's most talented competitive female athletes into impact players while preparing them for high school and beyond. We will spend our season playing elite teams and participating in local and national tournaments. Our home is Lions Park in Cary, Illinois. All of the girls are local to the Cary area.
The Cary Crush organization is a non-profit organization which supports five tournament teams made up of approximately 70 female athletes (ranging in age of 10U – 18U). These female athletes will start their indoor training the first week of January 2012 and finish the end of July. We are a volunteer, family-oriented organization, which relies heavily on parents and families to help keep the organization running efficiently and smoothly.
Your generous sponsorship will help the teams defer some of the costs of winter conditioning, practice facilities, equipment and field supplies, along with uniforms and umpire fees.
In recognition of your sponsorship donation, the name of your organization will be displayed on the Banners taken to every game for each of our five teams. We anticipate that the five teams will play close to 350 games this upcoming season. We will also advertise your company name on our website, which may link to your corporate website.
